Mr. Ibu can hardly talk as he undergoes another surgery, Muonagor’s health deteriorates

The health of omic actor, John Okafor, professionally known as Mr. Ibu, is not improving, just like that of another Nollywood veteran, Amaechi Muonagor.

The National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Dr. Emeka Rollas, revealed this on Friday.

Rollas said this as he gave an update on the state of health of the two actors.

According to the AGN president, Mr Ibu has undergone another surgery on his amputated leg and hardly talks now.

On Muonagor, who has been hospitalised at Nnamdi Azikwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi, Anambra State, for over two months, he said his legs are totally paralysed now.

He said: “We are resigning to fate concerning the two actors.

“As I speak with you, Mr Ibu hardly talks again and he has undergone another leg amputation.”

Rollas, who visited Muonagor with some of his colleagues at the Intensive Care Unit of NAUTH, added: “You will shed tears if you see Amaechi Muonagor now.

“His legs are completely paralysed.

“I’m calling on all fans and well wishers of the actor to join hands with other philanthropic Nigerians to support him in this dire time.”
