Unlike Abati, I slept in Aso Villa for eight years, no spirit haunted me – Femi Adesina
A Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, has said that he slept in the Presidential Villa in Abuja, popularly known as Ash Villa, for the eight years he served in President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration with no spirit haunting him.
Adesina made this known in an interview he granted a Channels Television programme: “Politics Today,” on Tuesday.
He said this in reaction to the claim of Dr. Reuben Abati, who occupied the same position he did in the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
…
He said: “I didn’t see anything like that.
“No witches, no wizards, nothing like that in the Villa.
” the veteran journalist said when asked about claims made by his predecessor, Reuben Abati, in 2016.
“Reuben Abati said the house they gave him in the Villa, he didn’t sleep there for one night because when he attempted to sleep there, fire just broke out.
“So, he ran away.
“I slept in my house for eight years.
“Not only did I sleep, but I was snoring.
“I snored so much that I woke myself up with the sound of my snores.
“That showed I was at peace.”
