Gboyega Akosile, newly-appointed Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Publicity, has thanked his boss, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, for finding him worthy of elevation from the position of a Chief Press Secretary.
The media practitioner had been a member of the Sanwo-Olu media team even before his first term election.
Akosile, who took to his X handle to thank the Governor, wrote: “You know what they say about being a good follower?
“Yes, you’d ultimately become a good leader.
“Thank you Governor @jidesanwoolu for the opportunity to be here and for changing my status to Special Adviser to Mr. Governor on Media and Publicity.
“Thank God for the elevation.
“Blessings 🙏.
