Ardova HPL: Bendel Dynamos lose as Kano Pillars return to winning ways
Bendel Dynamos of Benin on Thursday lost to Imo Grasshoppers of Owerri 33-17 as their abysmal run in the Ardova Handball Premier League continues.
The home team had no answer to the superior fire power of the Owerri team despite the efforts of Dynamos coach, Aaron Okogie from the sideline.
Grasshoppers dominated the game and could have scored more goals if they had taken most of the chances that came their way.
In other games in the women’s category, Delta Queens defeated COAS Babes 26-21, while Rivers Queens beat Plateau Peacock 24-22 in a keenly-contested tie. Also, Safety Babes defeated Rima Queens 34-28 in another game.
