Inlaks, Zenith Pensions Custodian partner for seamless digital transact

Inlaks, an ICT infrastructure and systems integrator, has partnered with Zenith Pension Custodian Limited (ZPC) to deliver seamless digital financial solutions to their numerous clients.

The partnership has given rise to the successful completion of upgrading Zenith Pension Custodian Limited’s (ZPC) System to Temenos Release 24 (R24), marking a significant milestone in the company’s digital transformation journey.

The four-month project progressed through various stages, including initiation, familiarisation, technical upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.

The go-live was achieved ahead of schedule, reinforcing Inlaks’ commitment to delivering excellence. Inlaks’ engagement also involved system and business analysis to assess operational pain points and identify optimal solutions, solution design, testing and integration, and post-go-live support.
