Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has approved the appointment of a new Management Team for the Edo Line Transport Company ahead of the commencement of operations on June 27th.
This was according to a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor, and sighted by The Eagle Online on Wednesday
It read: “Following the directive of the Executive Governor of Edo State for the commencement of operations by the New Edo Line Ltd with effect from 27th June, 2025, His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo has approved the appointment of the following persons as Management Team of the Company, as designated.
Imuetinyan Otuomagie – Managing Director/CEO
Sunday Anetor – General Manager (Administration)
Henry Ozara Obozoakhai – General Manager (Operations)
Opitoke Marian – General Manager (Finance and Accounts)
Ugberaese Sylvester Osezua – Company Secretary
“The Team has been charged to bring their wealth of experience to bear in their assigned roles to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
“The appointments take immediate effect.”
