Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress from the Peoples Democratic Party.
The governor announced his defection at a stakeholders’ meeting held at the Government House in Port Harcourt on Tuesday.
Fubara joined a host of his colleagues who have defected to the APC this year.
