Troops of the Nigerian Army have demolished suspected terrorist hideouts and taken into custody nine alleged informants during a military raid in Karim Lamido Local Government Area of Taraba State.
Security analyst Zagazola Makama said in a post on X that the operation, took place at about 11:45 a.m. on April 19 and was carried out by troops of 114 Battalion (Rear), deployed at Andamin, working alongside members of the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) and local hunters.
Security sources told Makama that during the operation, the troops stormed Jukun village, where they demolished abandoned structures believed to have been used as hideouts by terrorists.

The sources also confirmed that nine suspected terrorist informants were arrested during the raid.
The suspects were reportedly linked to a notorious terrorist kingpin identified as “Kadogo,” who is said to have been terrorising communities around Mashingin Kirya, Komodoro Garau, and parts of Plateau State.
The arrested suspects are currently in military custody and are being interrogated as investigations continue into their alleged roles in the criminal network.
