Radda Lauds Tinubu For Appointing Darma As Minister

Katsina State governor, Dikko Umaru Radda, has praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Muttaqha Rabe Darma as Minister of Housing and Urban Development.

In a statement issued on Friday by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, the governor described the appointment as a demonstration of the President’s commitment to selecting competent individuals to drive national development.

Radda said Dr. Darma’s emergence reflected his proven track record, dedication, and leadership capacity, expressing confidence that he would deliver effectively in his new role.

“We are proud to see one of our own entrusted with such a critical national responsibility. Dr. Muttaqha Rabe Darma, has the experience and vision to make meaningful contributions to the housing sector,” the governor said.

The governor also noted that the appointment has further strengthened Katsina State’s representation at the federal level, adding that it would enhance efforts to address housing and urban development challenges across the country.

Radda wished the new minister success in office and assured him of the support of the government and people of Katsina State as he assumes his new responsibilities.
