Southern Kaduna Must Align With APC To Sustain Projects — Katung

The senator representing Kaduna South Senatorial District, Sunday Marshall Katung, has urged stakeholders in Southern Kaduna to remain aligned with the All Progressives Congress (APC), saying it would help sustain ongoing development projects in the area.

Katung made the call during a meeting with APC local government chairmen from the district in Abuja, where he also urged party officials to intensify mobilisation efforts ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He expressed support for the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani.

In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Communications, Midat Joseph, the senator said effective implementation of government programmes requires collaboration between lawmakers and grassroots stakeholders.

Katung also referenced projects such as the proposed Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia, and the Federal Medical Centre, Kafanchan, as part of federal interventions in Southern Kaduna.
