Adamawa APC Reps’ Candidate Promises Improved Security

All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the House of Representatives Ahmad Salihijo has promised his constituents improved security if elected into office.

Ahmad, who won the party’s primaries to represent Yola North, Yola South and Girei federal constituency, pledged an inclusive governance and youth empowerment at the lower chamber

Addressing his supporters at the Atiku Support Group Office in Yola, the Adamawa State capital, Ahmad added that he will transform the constituency through productivity, opportunity and sustainable development.

He said his mission is to build a constituency where every segment of society has equal opportunity to thrive.

His constituents, he said needed representative with a sound understanding of governance, budgeting processes and institutional engagement capable of attracting federal opportunities to the grassroots.

The APC candidate assured every ward and demographic group, including women, traders, farmers, professionals and persons with disabilities, that they would have a voice under his leadership.

 

Ahmad commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what he described as leadership that continues to strengthen the APC as a platform for governance and reform across the country.

 

He also appreciated Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, national security adviser (NSA) Mallam Nuhu Ribadu and other party stakeholders for ensuring a transparent democratic exercise.
