Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has commenced construction of a multi-billion-naira mega-mansion in the upscale Eko Atlantic City, Lagos State.
The artiste made this known during a recent inspection visit to the construction site, during which he revealed that he had purchased the land for N4 billion in January 2024. He noted that the market value of the prime property has already doubled, appreciating to an estimated N8 billion.
The upcoming residential project will feature a sophisticated four-story structure tailored for his family and career. According to the singer, the architectural layout will dedicate individual floors to himself, his wife Chioma, and their children, ensuring ultimate privacy within the household.
