Media personality Frank Edoho has sparked a debate online regarding infidelity and the dynamics of forgiveness in marriage.
The media personality argued that when a husband forgives a cheating wife, it often leads to further resentment rather than reconciliation.
According to him, women who stray have typically “checked out” of the marriage emotionally long before the act occurs. He suggested that once a woman has reached that point, a husband’s willingness to forgive is frequently perceived as a weakness, ultimately increasing her disdain for both the partner and the union.
‘’If a wife cheats and she asks her husband to forgive her and he does, she will not only continue cheating, but she will also resent the Man for forgiving her & disrespect him in extreme ways until he gets the ultimate message- she checked out of the marriage way before she cheated,” he wrote on social media.
