Ex-Taliban commander sentenced to 42 years in US prison for hostage taking, deadly attacks
Haji Najibullah, a former Taliban commander, was sentenced by a New York court for his role in the abduction of an American journalist and two Afghan nationals, as well as supporting attacks that killed US military personnel in Afghanistan.
