Speaking during a conversation with Gilmore, Carter Efe revealed that despite his fame, he does not live in Lekki as many people assume. According to him, he resides in Epe and chose the location because it fits his budget.

“I’m not staying at Lekki, I stay at Epe. The place I live, I pay N1 million for a 4-bedroom apartment for 3 years. That’s what I can afford,” he said.

His statement quickly generated discussion on social media, with many Nigerians sharing their opinions on his lifestyle and the rent figure he mentioned.
