Fresh allegations have emerged in the ongoing controversy surrounding the estate of late Nollywood actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, following claims that one of his properties in Lekki was sold against his wishes.

A social media commentator, VeryDarkOracle, alleged that Mr Ibu had specifically instructed that his Lekki house should never be sold. According to him, the property was allegedly sold by the late actor’s wife despite those instructions.

He further claimed that after the sale, the new owner demolished the building. To support his claims, he shared videos purportedly showing the property before and after its demolition.
