Moscow targeted in ‘large-scale’ Ukrainian drone attack, mayor says
The mayor of Russia’s capital says that several drones managed to reach a major oil refinery and that “measures are being taken to deal with the consequences” of the attack, without specifying if the refinery was damaged.
