“This Must Stop” – Falz Joins Nigerians Protesting Insecurity and Economic Hardship

Speaking during the Democracy Day protest, the entertainer expressed concern over the state of security in Nigeria, particularly the recurring cases of kidnappings involving students.
He said:
“What’s going on in this country? Schools are still open while students are being kidn@pped. This must stop.”
The protest was part of demonstrations held across Lagos, Abuja, Oyo and other cities on Democracy Day.
According to reports, protesters under platforms such as #EndBadGovernance and various civil society groups called on the government to address growing insecurity and economic hardship affecting millions of Nigerians.
Participants also highlighted concerns over school kidnappings, inflation, unemployment and the impact of fuel subsidy removal on citizens.
Falz urged Nigerians to continue using democratic processes to express their concerns, while organisers reportedly vowed to sustain advocacy efforts if their demands are not addressed.
