Browncon CEO Honoured With PAYLEF Governing Council Appointment

The Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation (PAYLEF) has honoured the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Browncon Group of Companies, Dr. Samuel Ndubuisi-Brown, with an appointment to its Governing Council, in recognition of his contributions to entrepreneurship, business development and sustainable economic growth across Africa.
The appointment, announced by the foundation in a statement, underscores PAYLEF’s commitment to bringing accomplished business and development leaders into its governing structure to advance its mission of promoting youth leadership, entrepreneurship and sustainable development across the continent.
According to the foundation, Dr. Ndubuisi-Brown is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, climate finance, investment banking, sustainable finance, corporate strategy, financial technology (fintech), real estate, innovation and business development.
The statement noted that his track record in establishing and expanding successful enterprises across Africa made him a valuable addition to the foundation’s Governing Council.
“The appointment is in recognition of Dr. Ndubuisi-Brown’s outstanding leadership, entrepreneurial achievements and contributions to business development and sustainable economic growth across Africa,” the foundation stated.
PAYLEF explained that its Governing Council comprises distinguished African leaders committed to advancing leadership, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship and sustainable development across the continent.
The foundation expressed confidence that Dr. Ndubuisi-Brown’s extensive experience, strategic insight and leadership would further strengthen its programmes and initiatives aimed at empowering young Africans, fostering innovation and promoting inclusive development.
Congratulating the Browncon Group chief executive on his appointment, PAYLEF said it was optimistic that his expertise and vision would make significant contributions to the foundation’s efforts to nurture the next generation of African leaders while advancing sustainable growth across the continent.
The induction ceremony for the new Governing Council member is scheduled for August 22, 2026, at the Lagos Oriental Hotel during the 4th Pan African Leadership Conference and Award Ceremony.
Upon his induction, Dr. Ndubuisi-Brown will join other distinguished African leaders serving on the Governing Council, where he is expected to contribute his expertise towards advancing PAYLEF’s mission of promoting youth leadership, entrepreneurship and sustainable development across Africa.
