A solemn new video is giving Ghanaians their first proper look at the grand, palace-like structure now serving as the final resting place of the late industrialist and Kristo Asafo Mission founder, Apostle Prof. Emeritus Kwadwo Safo Kantanka, at Gomoa Mpota.

The footage shows a striking white building with tall, gold-crowned columns, an ornate pediment bearing the Kristo Asafo Mission’s emblem, and a wide balcony overlooking the entrance, architecture befitting a man remembered as “the African Star” for his decades of work in automobile manufacturing and industrial innovation.

The mausoleum’s completion marks the end of a burial saga that captivated the nation for weeks, from a bitter family dispute over funeral arrangements, to a High Court injunction that briefly threatened to halt proceedings entirely, to thousands of mourners eventually gathering to bid the industrialist a final farewell.

With the “Shower of Blessings” ceremony completed shortly after, this striking structure now stands as a permanent marker of his legacy for followers and visitors alike.

For an inventor who spent his life building things meant to last like cars, machinery, an entire mission the grandeur of his final home feels, to many who have seen it, like a fitting last chapter.
