The Office of the Chief of Staff recently organised a capacity-building programme for officers on Grade Levels 08–12, equipping them with practical knowledge on accountability, ownership, stress management and healthy living.
The Permanent Secretary, Mr. Semiu Kadri, encouraged participants to embrace continuous learning and apply the lessons to improve service delivery, while resource persons emphasised that accountability, integrity and ownership are essential to achieving Lagos State’s developmental goals.
The training reflects the Office’s continued commitment to developing a professional workforce that delivers efficient, transparent and citizen-centred governance.
