Social media activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) has finally reacted to the backlash surrounding Isaac Fayose’s meeting with Seyi Tinubu and Cubana Chief Priest, insisting that the gathering should not be interpreted as political endorsement.

Speaking in a viral video, VDM said the trio met at a neutral location and not at a political event or behind closed doors. He stressed that Isaac Fayose never urged anyone to support President Bola Tinubu or the APC.

“Isaac Fayose, Seyi Tinubu and Cubana Chief Priest didn’t meet at a campaign ground or inside closed doors, they met at a neutral ground and he never said anybody should vote for Tinubu or APC.”

His comments come amid the ongoing controversy sparked by photos and videos of Isaac Fayose with Seyi Tinubu, which led to criticism from some supporters of Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
