Nigeria Drives Industrialisation Through Innovations – Industry Minister

The minister of industry and investments, Senator,John Owan Enoh, has said that the federal government under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is driving industrialization through innovations,skills acquisition and automotives for job creations and economic self reliance.

He made the statement in Birnin Kebbi on Thursday at the twin ceremony of graduation of youth trained on mechatronics and the unveiling of National automotive design and development council NADDC.

Eno,stated that the center established in Kebbi state would facilitate industrial growth, attracts investments as well create jobs for youth through innovations and mechatronics which are catalyst driving industrialization across the country under the federal government renewed hope agender.

He urged the beneficiaries of the training to translate it into practical terms in order to achieve it’s purpose saying the federal government is committed to youth growth through technological innovations.

Earlier, the governor of Kebbi state, represented by his deputy, Senator Umar Tafida expressed satisfaction with the establishment of CNG conversion center and mechatronics training of youth which he described as rare opportunity for youth to learn various skills at the center aim at facilitating innovations.

” Do not see this as a mere training but an opportunity to contribute to automotives designed by the federal government to create jobs for youth”.

He appealed to NADDC to open a charging center for electronic tricycles for clean green energy and urged the beneficiaries to translate the training into reality to propel Kebbi high in innovations and mechatronics.

The commissioning had in attendance the Director general NADDC Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin, the board chairman NADDC,chief Emma Enekwu, the emir of Gwandu, commissioners and top government officials.
