Osun 2026: APC Inaugurates Nationwide Marketing campaign Council, Names Uzodimma Chairman

The management of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has constituted a Nationwide Marketing campaign Council for the August 15, 2026, Osun State governorship election.

In a press release on Sunday signed by the Nationwide Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the celebration stated the Council shall be chaired by Imo State Governor and Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Discussion board, Senator Hope Uzodimma.

Co-Chairmen of the Council are Yobe State Governor, Hon. Mai Mala Buni; President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio; and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas.

Hon. Ibrahim Kabir Masari, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political and Different Issues, will function Deputy Chairman, whereas the Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau Jibrin, will function Secretary of the Council.

The celebration stated the Council contains eminent APC leaders, governors, members of the National Working Committee, principal officers of the National Assembly, ministers, federal and state legislators, and different key stakeholders.

To make sure efficient coordination, APC additionally arrange sub-committees masking Election Planning and Administration; Finance and Useful resource Mobilisation; Contact and Grassroots Mobilisation; Logistics; Monitoring and Compliance; Protocol; Media and Publicity; Safety; Youth Mobilisation; Ladies’s Mobilisation; Individuals with Disabilities Mobilisation; and Secretariat.

Based on the Discover signed by the Nationwide Secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru, the inauguration of the Nationwide Marketing campaign Council and its Sub-Committees will maintain on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, on the Transcorp Hilton Occasion Centre, Abuja, by 12:00 Midday.

The APC stated the group is saddled with the duty of driving the celebration’s marketing campaign in the direction of victory within the Osun governorship ballot.
