Rotarian Oladapo Bankole is a seasoned professional, entrepreneur, and community leader whose journey reflects a steadfast commitment to technical excellence, strategic leadership, business innovation, and humanitarian service.
His educational journey began with a solid foundation in primary and secondary education, where he demonstrated discipline, leadership potential, and a strong interest in technical development. He studied Power and Machine Engineering, earning professional certifications that laid the foundation for his successful career in the engineering and energy sectors.
Driven by a passion for organisational growth and enterprise management, he also earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Ajayi Crowther University. This achievement strengthened his expertise in strategic leadership, business operations, and organisational development. In line with his commitment to continuous learning and adapting to emerging global trends, he is currently undergoing professional training in Cybersecurity with Nupat Technologies, expanding his competence in digital security and business infrastructure protection.
Over the years, Oladapo Bankole has built an impressive professional portfolio through valuable experiences with reputable organisations, including Mane Limited, Mikano International, JMG Limited, MTI Limited, and Swap Technologies. These experiences exposed him to diverse aspects of engineering operations, energy solutions, project execution, and corporate management, ultimately shaping his entrepreneurial vision.
In 2014, he founded Incklined Power Solution and Services Limited, where he currently serves as the Managing Director. Under his leadership, the company has evolved into a trusted name in electrical and mechanical engineering services, supply chain management, haulage, logistics, and industrial support services. The organisation has successfully delivered quality services to notable companies including IPT Nigeria, Lacasera, Prima, Enge Pet (subsidiaries of Jotna Group), Nestoil Limited, Duchess Oil & Gas, Black Light Oil & Gas, GB Foods, Grand Oak, among others.
Further demonstrating his entrepreneurial drive and commitment to industrial development, he is also the Managing Director of Spawab Limited, an engineering and manufacturing-focused company established alongside strategic partners to provide innovative solutions within the manufacturing industry. Through this venture, he continues to contribute to industrial growth, operational efficiency, and sustainable business solutions.
Professionally, he is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Association of Engineering Craftsmen (NAEC) and the Institute of Corporate and Business Affairs Management, Nigeria (ICBAM), reflecting his dedication to professional excellence, ethical practice, and lifelong learning.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Rotarian Oladapo Bankole is deeply passionate about humanitarian service and community development. His Rotary journey began during the Rotary Inspiration Year, where he embraced the ideals of “Service Above Self” and quickly distinguished himself through active participation, leadership, and dedication to impactful service projects.
