According to reports accompanying the footage, the man accused the elderly woman of being a witch before allegedly taking her to a secluded bushy area and attacking her.

In the video, the elderly woman is seen lying on the ground while the man allegedly uses what appears to be a piece of rubber pipe to hit her.

The woman could be heard crying, pleading for mercy, and calling for help as the alleged assault continued.

The incident has triggered widespread condemnation, with many social media users calling for justice and urging authorities to protect elderly people from abuse linked to witchcraft accusations.
