Access Holdings Approves H1 2026 Audited Results, Awaits CBN Clearance

Access Holdings Plc has approved its audited interim consolidated and separate financial statements for the half-year ended June 30, 2026, with the results now awaiting regulatory approval before publication.

The Board of Directors of Access Holdings approved the financial statements at its meeting held on August 27, 2026, as the financial services group moves to complete the regulatory process required for the release of its half-year performance.

According to the company, the audited financial statements will be submitted for the required regulatory review, including approval by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Following the receipt of the CBN’s approval, Access Holdings said it would publish the results through the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and make them available to shareholders, investors and other stakeholders through its established communication channels.

The development comes as investors and other stakeholders await the group’s latest financial performance amid its broader efforts to strengthen its operations and build a more integrated financial services business across Africa and international markets.

Access Holdings said the approval process underscores its commitment to corporate governance, regulatory compliance and transparency in its dealings with investors and other stakeholders.

Directors, Insiders Barred From Trading

Meanwhile, Access Holdings has entered a closed period in line with the NGX Issuers’ Rules.

The company said the closed period will remain in force until 24 hours after the audited financial statements are released to the public.

During the period, directors, insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from dealing, either directly or indirectly, in the securities of Access Holdings Plc.

The restriction is designed to prevent trading by individuals who may have access to material non-public information ahead of the company’s financial results.

The eventual publication of the H1 2026 audited results is expected to provide investors with a clearer picture of the group’s financial position and performance during the first six months of the year.
