Popular musician Innocent Idibia, known as Tuface, has commended another music veteran, Daddy Showkey.
While performing at a recent event, the singer paused to praise Daddy Showkey, revealing that he was the first person to give him $100 in his life.
Speaking in pidgin while delivering one of his hit songs, “Daddy Showkey na the first person wey give me $100 in my life…. the first $100 wey I see like this ”
Also, Tubaba said he had turned over a new leaf, noting how he was always going out to look for trouble. The famous singer noted how he had gotten more than he bargained for and now wouldn’t be looking for trouble again.
Many feel he is referring to his marital issues, having had a confrontation with his wife, Natasha, days ago.
It was gathered that both had not seen each other in a long while, and the wife, getting to know he would perform in a nightclub in Abuja, went to see him perhaps to talk it out.
