Pensioners of the defunct National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) and Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), Benin branch, has protested the alleged withholding of their pensions and gratuities for 25 years, calling on the Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) to pay their outstanding entitlements.
