The entertainer is widely identified as Iweh Pascal Odinaka, while Poco Lee is his professional name, but the publicly available court record does not disclose the offence involved.
The case, numbered 01HT1389526, was listed before Her Honour Judge Canavan at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Friday, 21 August 2026, at 10.30am.

Both sources place Iweh Odinaka before Her Honour Judge Canavan at Snaresbrook Crown Court on 21 August. The Law Pages specifically describes the matter as an application for bail and warns that reporting restrictions apply. As of 24 August, New Daily Prime has not found a publicly available police or CPS statement identifying the offence attached to the case.
That absence does not mean there is no charge. Police and prosecutors do not publish statements about every criminal prosecution, while court reporting restrictions can also limit what information is made public.
Earlier reports alleged rape
When the story first emerged, Nigerian media reports claimed that Poco Lee had been arrested in Britain in connection with an alleged rape.
Independent Newspaper, P.M. News and QED all reported the claims on 19 August while making clear at the time that there had been no official UK confirmation available to them.
The discovery of the Snaresbrook court record changes part of that picture.
There is now a publicly available British court proceeding involving the name Iweh Odinaka.
What has not been established from the listing is that rape is the offence before the court.
