Secret Audio Of Rev Owusu Bempah ‘Planning And Plotting Evil’ Against Bawumia And NPP Ahead Of 2028 Elections Leaks

Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, founder and leader of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, has vowed to block Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s presidential ambitions, warning that he will not stand by if he believes the NPP flagbearer’s leadership will harm Christianity in Ghana.

Addressing his congregation on Sunday, August 9, 2026, the outspoken preacher declared that as long as he is alive, he will not sit down for Bawumia to win power and disturb Christianity, adding that he would curse anyone who votes for the NPP.

Beyond his stated religious concerns, the cleric linked his stance to a personal falling-out with the NPP, saying that because of what he claims the party did to him, he intends to work toward its collapse.

The comments have triggered sharp reactions on social media, with many Ghanaians questioning the basis of his declaration. Some critics recalled that he made similar threats against former President John Mahama, who went on to win the presidency regardless.

Rev. Owusu Bempah has previously stated that Bawumia is not the right person to lead the NPP, a position he has now sharpened into an open vow to work against the party ahead of the 2028 election.
