Transfer: Marmoush to join City’s EPL rivals as Man Utd midfielder leaves club

Tottenham Hotspur have verbally agreed a deal to sign Omar Marmoush from Manchester City, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Spurs have agreed an initial loan for the Egypt international, with a £50m buy clause that becomes mandatory under certain conditions.
Marmoush will reportedly have a Tottenham medical on Monday after agreeing to the move to north London a few days ago.
The 27-year-old was an unused substitute in Manchester City’s 2-1 home win over Bournemouth in the Premier League on Sunday.
Meanwhile, in another development, Hibernian have signed Manchester United midfielder Jacob Devaney on a season-long loan, with an option to make the move permanent.
Devaney was recently part of Manchester United manager Michael Carrick’s 2026 pre-season summer tour.
He featured against Wrexham in Helsinki before coming off the bench against Rosenborg last month.
