WNBA Player Slams ‘Gay Men’ Who Threw Sex Toys On Court During Recent Game

Chicago Sky star Natasha Cloud just unleashed on the “gay” and “weak men” who have been caught throwing sex toys on the court during recent WNBA games. In last night’s postgame interview, Cloud took aim at the alleged perpetrators, blasting them for disrespecting women and disrupting the game. Her comments come just a day after another sex toy was launched onto the court during Angel Reese and the Atlanta Dream‘s contest against the Los Angeles Sparks.

During the third quarter of last night’s Chicago Sky game, at least three sex toys were thrown onto the court, temporarily halting the contest. During the postgame press conference, Cloud shared her feelings on the matter and slammed the “lame as f–k” men who’ve been caught doing it. “In most of these occasions, it’s men. And I want you to know that the gayest thing you can do is to go to a sex shop, buy a dildo, and come to a women’s game and throw the dildo on the court,” she said.
Cloud didn’t stop there. Elsewhere in her comments, she said that the repeated acts seem more like suppression from the alleged violators than anything else. “I’m a firm believer that anyone that has so much of a problem with a marginalized group, just come out and say that you’re a part of our group, because the hate is unwarranted. It says more about the internal struggles of the individual than it ever will say about the collective group,” she said.
Cloud Says Men Throwing Sex Toys Makes Them Look ‘Weak’ And ‘Gay’
Cloud, who has been in the league for 11 years, said that “the men throwing” the NSFW toys on the court look “extremely weak” and also said it “says a lot about how you feel about women.”
Cloud said that while the players aren’t taking it personally, they do see it as a major disruption. “Y’all lame to us. Y’all gay to us. We see it. Keep throwing them if you want to keep telling us you’re gay,” she stated.
The 34-year-old added, “You can come out. You’ll be happier. You’ll be nicer to people. You’ll be happier in your everyday life. You don’t need to go to therapy or none of that s–t. Just be yourself.”

Cloud’s comments come just a day after another sex toy appeared on the court at a Los Angeles Sparks and Atlanta Dream game. According to The Blast, the moment happened in the third quarter. Angel Reese’s reaction caught many eyes, causing the LSU alum to go viral again. The video shows Reese pointing the alleged offender out, saying, “Right there! Get him!”
The WNBA Has Dealt With This Issue Before
The WNBA dealt with this issue a year ago, according to The Blast. During the 2025 season, several sex toys were thrown onto the court during various games. The league issued a statement about the unwanted trend, saying it was focused on protecting the players.
“Objects of any kind thrown onto the court or in the seating area can pose a safety risk for players, game officials, and fans. In line with WNBA Arena Security Standards, any fan who intentionally throws an object onto the court will be immediately ejected and face a minimum one-year ban in addition to being subject to arrest and prosecution by local authorities,” the statement finished.
Police Arrested A Man
While the unsettling trend of hurling sex toys toward women in sports has gone viral online, the WNBA and local authorities are issuing stern punishments to those caught in the act.
According to Front Office Sports, the man who threw the sex toy during Thursday’s Dream/Sparks game was arrested and has received an indefinite ban from all WNBA, NBA, and other league-affiliated games and events.
