“Make una keep deceiving una sef with brand deals” – Phyna reacts to Tochi’s advice to BBNaija ex-housemates
BBNaija star Phyna has backed fellow former housemate Tochi’s advice to ex-housemates facing financial difficulties, urging them to move beyond the celebrity label and actively seek other means of making money.
Reacting to Tochi’s post, Phyna questioned the idea that former BBNaija housemates should simply carry the celebrity tag and wait for brand endorsements to come their way.
She also criticised the pressure to measure a reality star’s success by the number and value of brand deals secured, arguing that the amounts publicly associated with some endorsements may not reflect what the celebrities actually take home.
According to Phyna, management fees and other expenses can significantly reduce earnings from such deals, leaving some former housemates with little more than public bragging rights.
