Influencer Ola of Lagos has advised graduates who are struggling to find work to be persistent and show they are serious.
Speaking on podcast, he said some of his staff got their jobs by messaging him again and again in his DMs.
He said graduates who are still struggling are partly to blame for their situation.
Ola also said working for a successful person does not mean instant wealth, and that growth takes time.
He gave an example, saying even someone like Elon Musk can be paying a worker 200 dollars a month despite his huge fortune, because it does not mean he will hand over everything.
He added that Musk is also trying to reach another level, so anyone who wants to go with him has to calm down.
The influencer urged job seekers and employees to be patient and trust the process, saying every CEO can relate to this.
