Olori Desiree Adude Osunsina is a prominent Nigerian corporate executive, business leader, and high-profile socialite within the real estate and property development sectors, recognised as one of the top ten female real estate professionals in Nigeria.
She serves as the Executive Director at Megamound Investment Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading building, civil engineering, and real estate investment firms.
An alumna of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Olori Desiree is married to real estate mogul Otunba Olumide Osunsina, the newly approved Olu of Ifoland. Alongside her husband, she actively supports community development and educational initiatives.
This includes bridging the gap between academia and the construction industry by sponsoring project management and building technology programs at the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
The Ogun State Government recently ratified and approved the selection of Otunba Olumide Atanda Osunsina as the new Olu of Ifoland.
Following the official government announcement, the prominent businessman will proceed to traditional seclusion before fully ascending the throne of his ancestors. In compliance with ancient customs, he has formally relinquished his honorary chieftaincy titles and will henceforth be addressed as His Royal Majesty, Oba Olumide John Atanda Osunsina (Òsómẹkùn I). Beyond property development with Megamound Investment Limited, Oba Olumide Osunsina‘s extensive business portfolio encompasses ventures in luxury hospitality, financial services, and the automobile industry.
He also serves as a board member and chairman for numerous organisations both in Nigeria and abroad.
Local stakeholders have expressed strong optimism that his royal leadership will foster significant infrastructural growth and socioeconomic development in Ifoland.
Supporting him in his new royal duties is his biological younger brother, Prince Gbenga Osunsina, a major player in the real estate sector and the owner of AFB Property Company. Given their close sibling bond, the Prince is expected to take on structural and supportive responsibilities to assist his brother throughout his reign
