WAFU B Women’s Champions League: Edo Queens thrash USFA to reach final

Edo Queens thrashed hosts USFA 5-1 in the semi-final of the WAFU B Women’s Champions League on Wednesday.
The Nigerian champions took the lead through Atume Doosuur in the 17th minute.
Chioma Moses doubled the advantage in the 43rd minute, while Valentina Uroko scored Edo Queens’ third with a long-range free-kick in first-half stoppage time.
Edo Queens started the second half strongly and grabbed their fourth through Doshima Tarnum.
Aminat Folorunsho netted the former champions’ fifth goal of the game two minutes after the hour mark.
USFA pulled one back from a free-kick late in the game.
Edo Queens will face the winner of the other semi-final clash between Ghana’s Ampem Darkoa and Benin’s Dynamique FC in the final.
