Gov. Aiyedatiwa nominates Sowore, Ajulo, others as Commissioners, SAs

The Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has nominated six Commissioners and three Special Advisers.

Governor Aiyedatiwa has sent their names to the Ondo State House of Assembly for their screening and ratification.

Amongst the new Special Advisers and Commissioner-nominees are three of those sacked by the governor last week.

The former Commissioners nominated are Razaq Obe, Pastor Emmanuel Igbasan and Akinwunmi Sowore.

The former Special Advisers are Oseni Oyeniyi and Mrs Olamide Falana.

Also added as Special Adviser is a former member of the House of Assembly and former Chairman of the House Committee on Information, Hon. Olugbenga Omole.

The list of the Commissioners and Special Advisers nominees was released in a statement signed by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan, in Akure.

Those listed as Commissioner nominees are Omowunmi Isaac, Olukayode A. Ajulo (SAN), Engr. Razaq Obe, Pastor Emmanuel Igbasan, Akinwunmi Sowore and Oseni Oyeniyi.

The Special Adviser nominees and their portfolios are Hon. Olugbenga Omole, SA on Information and Strategy; Olamide Falana – SA on Gender Affairs; and Alabi Johnson, SA on Energy.
