A complaint accusing FedEx France of “complicity in the crime of genocide” has been filed with France’s National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office, amid growing scrutiny over alleged arms transfers linked to Israel’s war on Gaza.
In an interview with Anadolu, Richard Wagman, honourary president of the French Jewish Union for Peace (UJFP), explained that his organisation has filed a civil suit to denounce the company’s alleged logistical role in shipments destined for the Israeli army that transit through France.
The organisation states that it opposes “this genocidal war” waged by Israel on Gaza as well as “the acceleration of ethnic cleansing in the occupied West Bank,” and believes that certain logistical operations may constitute violations of international law.
Wagman said he directly accuses the American logistics company FedEx, which he considers “largely responsible for the transfer of many spare parts to the Israeli Air Force,” citing a route “from the United States to Israel via France,” specifically through Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport.

The allegations are partly based on a report by NGOs, including Urgence Palestine and People’s Embargo for Palestine, which documented 117 shipments passing through France between April and October 2025, most of them allegedly bound for an Israeli military base.
The report also cited a broader total of “more than 525 deliveries of military equipment” since October 2023, including components linked to F-35 fighter jets produced by US defence firm Lockheed Martin.
According to Wagman, the equipment has been used in Israeli military operations in Gaza and in other theaters, including Lebanon.
He alleged that FedEx “agreed to act as a conduit for an illicit arms sale to Israel from France.”
