Applicants on the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) recruitment portal are getting “Application does not exist” after entering their National Identification Number (NIN), preventing access to the confirmation slip.
The error appears when trying to preview the slip, even for applicants who already completed registration. It is a system or network issue, not a failed application.
The fix is simple. Use a strong network and try again. Change your browser if it keeps failing. Some users resolved it after switching browsers.
Retry at a different time if the portal is slow. Enter your NIN correctly without spaces.
Keep trying. The portal will load once the system responds properly.
