United States President Donald Trump has expressed the optimism that the US-Iran will end up with a great deal.
In an interview with CNBC on Tuesday, Trump said Iran has no choice but to send representatives.
“They have no choice but to send them. What I think is that we’re going to end up with a great deal. I think it’s got I think they have no choice,” Trump said.
According to him, the United States is in a very strong negotiating position.
The Republican also doubled down on his insistence that the US would not lift the blockade until after a deal has been reached.
“The blockade has been a tremendous success,” Trump added.
