A three-storey building has collapsed in the Alakija area of Lagos State, leaving many people trapped beneath the rubble.
The incident occurred at about 11:40 a.m. on Thursday, according to witnesses.
Emergency responders and rescue operators had yet to arrive at the scene, while efforts were ongoing to determine the number of victims trapped in the collapsed structure.
The cause of the collapse was not immediately known.
