The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to register the All Democratic Alliance (ADA) as a political party.
The order was given on Monday by Justice Peter Lifu.
Naijaonpoint reports that he also ordered INEC to release the access code to the Akin Ricketts-led leadership of the association within 72 hours.
