The Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to register and recognize Citizens Democratic Alliance (CDA) as a political party in Nigeria.
The order was given on Tuesday by Justice Obiora Egwuatu while ruling on a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/2787/25, which was filed by Tamunotonye Samuel Solomon Inioribo and two others against INEC.
Naijaonpoint reports that Egwuatu ordered INEC to issue a certificate of registration to the CDA within seven days.
