FCSC Dismisses Rumours, Confirms CBT for Shortlisted Candidates Will Hold Soon

The Chairman of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC), Professor Tunji Olaopa, has reassured shortlisted candidates in the ongoing recruitment exercise that the Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be conducted in due course.
In a statement released over the weekend, the Commission debunked widespread online claims suggesting that the CBT had been cancelled, describing such reports as false, misleading, and unfounded.
Professor Olaopa emphasized that necessary arrangements for the examination are already underway, with the exercise expected to proceed once required resources are fully in place.
He urged all shortlisted candidates to remain calm, disregard misinformation, and await official communication from the Commission regarding the CBT schedule and subsequent stages of the recruitment process.
