The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has recovered a stolen vehicle by personnel of the Iruekpen Unit Command, Edo State.
In a statement by the Corps Public Education Officer, Osondu Ohaeri, the recovery occurred on Sunday, 14 June 2026, following a distress report received by the patrol team concerning a Toyota Camry, gold in colour, with registration number RBC 987 CM, which was reportedly stolen from a church premises in Benin City earlier in the day.
The suspect found in possession of the vehicle claimed to be a delivery agent, but was handed over to officers of the Nigeria Police Force and taken into custody for further interrogation.
