“He kept her private for a reason” – Uche Jombo slams bloggers over viral leaked photos of Alex Ekubo’s wife

Nollywood actress Uche Jombo has reacted after alleged leaked photos and videos of late actor Alex Ekubo’s wife surfaced online following his recent service of songs.

The actress expressed disappointment over the circulation of the woman’s identity, noting that Alex Ekubo had deliberately kept his wife away from public attention despite years of public scrutiny and media attention.

Reacting via social media, Uche Jombo questioned why bloggers chose to share the woman’s photos despite the actor’s efforts to protect her privacy.

“A husband who has been through public scrutiny kept his wife private (to protect her). None of his close friends ever shared her picture. She wore a face mask to his service of songs.

Yet somehow, the privacy message didn’t register to bloggers. Woke up today to her videos and pictures all over my TL as breaking news,” she wrote.

According to the actress, Alex Ekubo’s decision to keep his wife out of the spotlight should have been enough indication that he wanted her identity shielded from public attention.

Her remarks have since sparked reactions online, with many social media users debating the boundaries between public interest and personal privacy, especially when it concerns celebrities and their families.

While some argued that public figures often attract intense public attention, others agreed with Uche Jombo that Alex Ekubo’s efforts to keep his wife away from the spotlight should have been respected.
