ABUJA – The ongoing infrastructure development at T Pumpy Concept Limited’s Birnin Zamani Estate in the Apo-Waru Burun axis of Abuja is attracting growing interest from investors and prospective landowners, with the company describing the estate as one of the most promising real estate destinations in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T Pumpy Concept Limited, Akintayo Adaralegbe, disclosed this on Tuesday in Abuja during an interaction with journalists, noting that construction work within the estate is progressing steadily.
According to him, the company has commenced the construction of a perimeter fence and several kilometres of internal road networks as part of efforts to deliver a well-planned and fully functional community capable of supporting both residential and commercial growth.
“The ongoing projects form part of our company’s commitment to delivering a well-planned and fully functional community capable of supporting residential and commercial growth.
“The infrastructure drive is aimed at enhancing accessibility, security, and overall property value while creating a conducive environment for subscribers who have continued to show confidence in the project,” Adaralegbe said.
He noted that Birnin Zamani Estate has, in recent weeks, attracted significant attention from land seekers and investors due to its strategic location within the rapidly expanding Apo-Waru growth corridor.
The estate, he said, enjoys easy access to major districts of Abuja, making it an attractive option for individuals seeking affordable land in a developing urban area without compromising connectivity to the city centre.
Industry observers, according to him, attribute the increasing interest in the estate to the rapid infrastructure development around the Apo-Waru axis and the rising demand for housing within the FCT.
Many subscribers, he added, see the project as an opportunity to secure property in an area with strong prospects for future appreciation.
Adaralegbe further explained that the estate’s appeal is reinforced by plans for modern infrastructure, including road networks, drainage systems, electricity facilities and a secure environment designed to support sustainable community living.
He added that subscribers also benefit from an instant allocation policy that allows buyers to take possession of their plots immediately after meeting the required payment conditions.
The estate is backed by Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA)-approved documentation, including a Certificate of Occupancy, giving investors confidence in the security and legitimacy of their acquisitions.
Under the company’s ongoing promotional offer, expected to end on June 30, plots measuring 500 square metres, 300 square metres and 200 square metres are available for outright purchase at N9.9 million, N7.9 million and N4.9 million respectively.
Under the three-month payment plan, the same plot sizes are priced at N11.5 million, N9.5 million and N6.5 million, with initial deposits of N5 million, N4 million and N3 million respectively.
For the six-month payment option, the plots are available at N13 million, N11 million and N8 million respectively, while the one-year payment plan offers the plots at N15 million, N13 million and N10 million, with corresponding initial deposits remaining at N5 million, N4 million and N3 million.
The T Pumpy boss said the initiative is aimed at making land ownership more accessible while providing individuals, families, cooperative societies and investment groups with the opportunity to participate in the growth of one of Abuja’s emerging real estate hubs.
