LOKOJA — Hon. Excel Onuche David, the Special Senior Assistant (SSA) on Grassroots Sensitization and Mobilization to the Kogi State Government, has died after a prolonged illness.
His death was officially confirmed on Monday, drawing condolences from political associates, supporters, and members of communities who interacted with him during his years in public service.
Until his death, David served as SSA on Grassroots Sensitization and Mobilization, where he was actively involved in public outreach, citizen engagement, and the promotion of government programmes aimed at strengthening grassroots participation and communication.
