The incident happened on Saturday, July 11, 2026, along the Lekki-Epe Expressway in Lagos State. From the dashboard camera video, a big blue truck with a trailer suddenly lost control at a junction with traffic lights. People around the area did not run away. Instead, some brave men ran towards the moving truck. One man in a blue shirt pushed hard against the truck’s wheel, while others climbed on it and tried to stop it.
